What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interfacec of Crowdbooster is a perfect 10! Anyone can easily grasp and use this tool with little effort. As a social tool, it works with known social channels (Facebook and Twitter). It features consists of influencers recommendations and comparing your current standings against your social media followers and colleagues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping Crowdbooster would have involve other social tools in its arsenal. By that, I mean Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Posting on social media is tricky. This holds true when managing posts with a plethora of tools currently available. Crowdbooster effectively manages the things that I do with Twitter and Facebook. With it, i can creat schedule posts.
