An amazing tool for Twitter with stats.Publishing has never been easy!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like having the ability to look into anyone who followed/unfollowed me recently. The basic package lets you automate DMs, copy followers and give you an idea as to who your fans are. You get to see those who aren't following you back. I've been using this personally to improve Twitter visibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are other apps that function in the same manner as this. But I truly feel the devs in this tool has a good grip on things. They want to ensure this doesn't come out overwhelming.They streamline/automate functions you need. They offer visbility via their stats so you won't need to spend too much time on doing things manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been streamlining specific Twitter aspects to assist in engaging clients a lot more effectively. It pushed me to spend less time on smaller Twitter tasks. It concentrates on seeking ideal content for my followers.
