What are the best aspects of this product?
Crowdfire has been helpful in making an analysis of my current demographics and audience. I get to know which audience is following me in return, comparing fans of my organization to that of people who are following me back, and which accounts I have are inactive. Its inactive following functionality is handy. It cleans account that are related to me and those that have been pro-actively managed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even when it appears to have been toned in recent versions, I'm not sold of it making a post on my behalf. I haven't had any problem with this platform making tweets that I was utilizing them. Although I feel such tweets shouldn't be suggested in the first place.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use this plaform resolving audience growth. The same goes for covering audience demographics. An analysis can also be made with the current audience. It plays a role in audience analysis especially for those who have more than one account.
