Its copy follower functionality for building a target audience is awesome!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its cop follower functionality lets you to take aim at your competition's followers. If they prefer a product/service from your competition and you're offering something similar, you can go to their followers with an automated response. If some or all their followers follow your back, you can trigger an effective call-to-action. This can be in the form of e-mail notifications, sign-ups, and etc... I utilize a program called Autokey Mouser for automatting clicks so there's never a need to make "Follow" presses multiple times.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dealing with Twitter can be a pain to deal with. If you follow a lot of people, the tool will limit you in some ways. To curb this, you'll need do blocks of 100 per hour.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software allows for seeking a target audience with a certain interest and getting a majority of them to follow you. This approach will become effective over time. I was able to take accounts from a hundred or so followers to a couple thousand within a week. All user accounts were deemed authentic.
