Super simple to publish and makes for an excellent Twitter tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I can look into anyone who have recently followed/unfollowed me. I get to this really easily. The product's basic version lets you automate DMs, observe who your geuniune fans are, and copy followers. You even get to see those who aren't even following you back as well as followers who are no longer active.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There a bunch of apps that literally does the same thing. But I have a good feeling these guys know things really well. They do what they can to not make things tedious. They're effective in streamlining or automating features that you'll require to have things automated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I streamline some Twitter aspects. It helps with the nurturing/engagement of clients. I get to this effectively. It leaves less time to concentrate on smaller Twitter tasks so I can look into worthy content that I can offer to my followers.
