Get to see who's following you in return. Know who's unfollowing you. Get a keen idea as to who generates an engagement the most. You're able to seek users out swiftly in your audience and unfollow them (if needed).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the UI does function wll, they can work on other areas too. For instance, they need to up the ante in enhancing the user experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I really don't have a clue as to who's following me on social media. The only thing that I know are those who re-follow or who unfollowed me. Crowdfire takes such manipulations for me. This helps me manage users and produced that right ratio of the followers engaged.
