What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I can open this on just about any PTC program that I want.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, it does not work very well with the PTC of my choice, especially when the task I have chosen requires me to answer a poll or survey. I somehow get booted out of the program and I'd have to re-open it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work online. This is where I do most of my businesses and complete my tasks to earn my keep. Figure Eight has been helpful in giving me the chance to work for extra cash in my free time. I'm not tied down to a binding contract--I can just work whenever I feel like it.
