What aspects are problematic or could work better?

upgrade center: i think its must be better and simpler without unnecessary detailed.
update add-ons: It needs to be more complete in some parts, without need to uninstall previous versions.
notifications: i cant clear all notifications with one click and once together.
Vendor should have facility to add their own promotions valid only for their store.
The layout system could be allot better. Maybe even adding a "wysiwyg" solution for people who aren't use to tab based settings.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More useful addons.
greater design features are implemented in the future.
A better Import Module would be great.
built-in chat bots and communication chat between customer and admin or vendors.
SMS Notifications for orders submitted, orders shipped, and orders delivered.
Easy customizable even without coding knowledge.
