What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspects include the dashboard and product listing areas. Its really easy to see all of the visitor interactions at a glance. Product listing is also effortless and simple.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The layout system could be allot better. Maybe even adding a "wysiwyg" solution for people who aren't use to tab based settings.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A hope greater design features are implemented in the future.

All of our problems were solved when we left open-cart, and switched to cs-cart.
