PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent to customize
Huge number of Add ons and Themes available
Easy to use and extend functionality for programmers
Constant Updates and upgrades
Excellent Support and third party developers

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me as a single person startup and in a low currency country its a bit expensive but with the promo I got a very good offer. I think it can be a bit more flexible in terms of payments. Or because its one time payment solution I would say that's acceptable.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There are add ons available for product reviews That actually now is a part of the system I would like Sellers rating to be part of the system as well. For now for seller rating need to purchase different add on or will have to create one for myself

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted different Admin panel for Vendors and Admin users which were not easy with other Multi-Vendor software in the market and it was really easy using CS-Cart Multi-Vendor and that was the main reason of why we chose CS-Cart Multi-vendor at first and then we fell in love with how good the software is. Actually CS-Cart Multi-vendor has Admin login, Vendor Login, and User Login separately and so it was really easy for us to create different site themes for Vendors, Users and Admins.
