What are the best aspects of this product?

- You have full access to the files and you can make all kind of tweaks and modifications since you have the source code.


- The control panel is quite easy to explore and is convenient for daily operation.


- There is a visual composer to create and edit the layout of your pages.


- There is a lot of online support from the CS-CART communities and forums.


- You can add useful functions because there are several 3rd party plugins available.


- The Customer support is helpful and they respond quickly.


- You can try the product for 30 days for free


What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- The visual and the mobile optimization aspects can be improved, although there are several themes available for purchase that solve these issues pretty well.





What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

- Even though there are plugins that cover these points, It would be nice to include support for 1)Product Videos and 2)Title tag SEO templates....


What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

- We used to have security and hacking issues with wordpress, but now the cs-cart website and our products are always available.


- We do not need as much technical staff as before. We can upload, edit or remove categories, pages or products easily.


- Now we have the tools to help other businesses with their sales and we can operate as a marketplace.
