PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's potential to combine PM/EMR and billing solutions. Billing solutions (aka RCM) team has been great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service for PM and EMR are AWFUL. I spent hours doing templates for them to upload for my notes and they never put in my stuff. They kept putting in their software shortcuts which are NO shortcuts and not compliant for my billing codes. You can't even get a chief complaint in the patients own words to type in, their shortcut requires you to make a favorites list. It's not the patients own words then. The Provider calenders don't work as you can't reschedule a patient from them. They do 2 hour training sessions in GoToMeeting on their computers and when you try to do it on your computer it doesn't work, then they complain they already showed you even when you point out it doesn't work on your end using the same steps. Then you have to watch 2hrs of training to get to the points you want to review as they won't help you without being rude about it. BTW they changed us from the Provider calendar to a Resource calendar because they couldn't get the Provider calendar to work and then made us move all the appointments even when they didn't set up the calendar correct again as they had no hours for one of the work days. They say multi platform but mostly only works in IE and written in ASP. Everything nowadays is written for Chrome. They're working on it, but to use it you have to either agree to IE only or flip between web browsers for the function you need.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Trainings where they remote into YOUR computer and show you, so they can note when something doesn't work and it's interactive. 2hrs of watching them is a snore and ineffective
