PROS: They have live chat that really works when you type in your problem. Some areas may not have 24/7 support but the important thing is your ticket is followed up really quickly. I have no qualms about performance and pricing. I also like their 30-day money back guarantee, which is not always available in most VPN services. But I didn’t get to use it since I’m keeping this VPN for the long haul.
CONS: No complaints here so far and I think things will be boringly smooth and normal.

PROS: UI and features are intuitive even for non-technical users. I was able to set this up in minutes. If you run into trouble the website has a knowledge base with search filter to help you zero in on your issue. Using it is also no hassle for me. Performance is great, nice speed and bandwidth allocation, does the job for surfing and streaming.
CONS: No servers in Asia and Latin America, which will limit speed on these areas.

PROS: Surfing the internet can be very risky nowadays because of hackers that are lurking around waiting to steal your identity, money, and even commit crimes. That is why I am ecstatic when I found out about Cyberghost VPN services, which provides a hundred percent protection whenever I use the internet. Now I don't have to worry about leaving any personal information on any of the websites that I usually visit or shop. This particular VPN also gives me broad access to sites that are banned in my country. They have lots of available IP addresses that I can use randomly, allowing me to maximize the time that I spend in front of my computer or mobile device.
CONS: Cyberghost, for me, is very efficient in protecting users by hiding their real identity. I appreciate everything that this VPN company does for its loyal customers. However, their biggest drawback is its poor customer service team. Every time I try reaching out to them by calling their number or sending an email, it takes them a long time to find a solution to my issues. I don't have the patience to wait very long because I'm a busy person. Subscribing for their services isn't cheap, so I deserve to get value for my money. Another thing is that I always end up spending a fortune to renew annual licenses. Their rates are not that competitive as compared to other VPN services out there. Maybe they should lower down their prices if they want to gain more clients.

PROS: I get to stream loads of videos. This VPN connects to 800 servers around the world with a very friendly price. It’s designed for personal use, mainly video streamers and torrent addicts like me. The good news, it doesn’t log your activities, so my neighbor can, rest assured, breathe more comfortably when he’s downloading not-so legal content.
CONS: The help page seems buggy at times and just when you need it most.
