However, their biggest drawback is its poor customer service team. Every time I try reaching out to them by calling their number or sending an email, it takes them a long time to find a solution to my issues. I don't have the patience to wait very long because I'm a busy person. Subscribing for their services isn't cheap, so I deserve to get value for my money. Another thing is that I always end up spending a fortune to renew annual licenses. Their rates are not that competitive as compared to other VPN services out there. Maybe they should lower down their prices if they want to gain more clients.
