What are the best aspects of this product?
UI and features are intuitive even for non-technical users. I was able to set this up in minutes. If you run into trouble the website has a knowledge base with search filter to help you zero in on your issue. Using it is also no hassle for me. Performance is great, nice speed and bandwidth allocation, does the job for surfing and streaming.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No servers in Asia and Latin America, which will limit speed on these areas.
