What are the best aspects of this product?
They have live chat that really works when you type in your problem. Some areas may not have 24/7 support but the important thing is your ticket is followed up really quickly. I have no qualms about performance and pricing. I also like their 30-day money back guarantee, which is not always available in most VPN services. But I didn’t get to use it since I’m keeping this VPN for the long haul.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No complaints here so far and I think things will be boringly smooth and normal.
