Best dashboard ever!

What are the best aspects of this product?

You will love their dashboard! The customization level is so advanced, that you get to modify every detail from background and appearances to data display! Large part of your burden is taken away, as you get to provide customers with login credentials to check data for themselves. Integrated with almost every popular system, but has advanced APIs for other ones too. Finally, it is really pocket friendly!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am pleased with their integration features so far, but I think they could provide far more options. For what I know, they're already working on it, so I wouldn't be that concerned about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We keep clients on board with amazing reports that are automatically emailed to them whenever necessary. As you can guess, this saves a tremendous amount of time. Sometimes, it is not even necessary to maintain contact, they have their own credentials to log in and to see data. Our clients claim they love the dashboard, and I pretty much understand why. You need to set it up, and everything will be just there, at plain sight!
