What are the best aspects of this product?

We can easily align the engineering basic practice with this product. I like the Revision so we can easily look old data and to study complaints and feedback. I like the document model structure because it allows us to manage documentation and because it supports lot of business scenarios. The visual representation fo status and project management tools are user friendly, the UI is intuitive and easy to use. Thanks to Web based application we are able to connect more users with desktop PC. We can easily use the file management features. And I love the integrations with CAD packages and ERP interfaces.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, there are lot of modules that are not well integrated. It requires customer to integrate. It can be difficult to train other users because there are lot of ways to do one thing. They need to improve the review and approval process. Whenever we set data higher, then the platform depends and ends up into performance issues. Also, they could improve the quality testing as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to manage BOM, to draw and transfer data to PSFT and to easily manage the document.
