What are the best aspects of this product?
on one side it's the ease of use – it feels like 5 min and you are "in". on the other side it offers a wide area of features (like "puplic" url dashboards) you can controll in many details that let's it also compete with much more complex and expensive solutions like tableau. but the best is their customer service – you are treated more than a friend than a customer. inquiries usually do not take days for getting an unmotivated answer but rather hours with fantastic availability of competent and very reactive people from datadeck
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
i really not see any serious downsides of datadeck
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
since datadeck is listening very carefully also to little suggestions it feels like you not have to miss anything, the really try to fulfill feature requests in record time (like ie "trendlines")

we are using datadeck for an incredible large amount of jobs like data analysis, controlling, dashboards and even for operative tasks
