What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a very robust and reliable database manager. You can easily link this to whichever database you want to manage, and you can easily do so remotely. Task management is just one aspect that you can do with this tool. Creating and managing diagrams is possible here as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This was designed to help you manage databases without any particular database in mind. This means then that pinpointing issues can take longer. Linking databases to each other can take longer as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In my job, I don't just create and launch programs, I also make sure that all of my databases are accounted for and properly managed. DataGrip has helped me in this regard. It has saved me a lot of time because I can easily see all of my estates in one place.
