What are the best aspects of this product?
The main features I’ve been using are reports and dashboards and they are very well built, simple to use, and, most importantly, automated for my weekly meetings. I don’t have to manually work on my reports and the dashboard itself updates the data automatically. The product made my work much more efficient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have problems if I want to build my own queries. I’m not a professional analyst so it would be great if they could develop more materials about the topic, both written and video.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are many advanced features which I still didn’t have the chance to use as I don’t need them so I can’t say that something is missing.

Better preparation for our meetings, automated updates, and reports resulted in many hours saved.
