PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect of this product is the possibility to create simple and advanced analysis very quickly. In the Analyzer section, I can simply drop my value into the y-axis, and the category field into the x-axis. Afterwards, I can additionally break down my series by category, and drag a specific filter into my analysis. The result is immediately visualized in the central part of the Analyzer and from there, I can adjust based on my parameters, depending on the data source I’m working with. But not only, as I can perform cross-database analysis and mash-up data from different sources which saves me a lot of time. I can compare the results with the previous period, insert the predictive analytics option, and advanced alarms if a specific value reaches or exceeds the target. When I want to build my own queries, I switch to the SQL mode and manually enter my code so it’s quite simple and not overly complicated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They regularly update their features like the interactivity levels of a dashboard, but I wasn’t aware of that so it would be great if they could announce it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As said in my previous point, I would like them to notify me if there are changes or upgrades within the product so that I don’t have to find that out by accident. Additionally, I would like to see more implementation possibilities of other tools such as Python or R.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We solved issues considering time management. Auto creating and scheduling our standard weekly and monthly reports saved us more than 30h/month.
