What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite feature of this program is the Insights because it visualizes the data that we have. I love its integration with Excel!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would allow integrations with old software. That would be really, really nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solved a lot of problems with our team! DataRails (1) accurately visualizes data; (2) automatically consolidates changes and new data to the system; (3) reduces the time we spend on some tasks; and (4) provides us reliable and accurate figures! We also didn't spend a lot of time learning it because it's just basically Excel.
