What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this app so much because it's cloud-based which allows collaboration and transparency between different teams in our company. It's always updated and any changes in data are reflected in real-time. My favorite part of this app is the Insights feature!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Great, great platform! I have nothing bad to say.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app made us more efficient. We're able to process numbers easily and accurately. We used to do it using Excel and working sharing this file is a bit risky since it's hard to monitor the changes being made, unlike when we're using this cloud-based app.
