Backupify has great set of tools for Google Apps

What are the best aspects of this product?

Backupify offers full backup for every kind of Google Apps such as Mail, drive, calendar, contacts and sites. We can keep all important data in Drive without using backup server. We are able to choose which accounts to be backed up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The queuing takes some time, but they have told us that they could work with us in order to speed up some critical retrievals. All adds and changes have to be done with CSVs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to back up our data and to include even our emails without using backup servers or some network storage solutions.
