What are the best aspects of this product?

This app completes the IT ecosystem of our company! It's affordable, fairly easy to use, and definitely on top of its game! I also love their account management team and solutions engineers. Their services and competence are reflected in the performance of the app and user experience!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the dashboard can still be improved further from an IT perspective. It's completely unnecessary though. I think the UI is already enough especially for non-programmers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program is an added security for the company. It protects our files against ransomwares... or people that may sabotage our company by leaking information and deleting important files.
