The best feature of this program is the automatic synching and saving of users into the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Retrieving large data can still be improved. I also hope that the increase in pricing wouldn't be too much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has helped us a lot in recovering lost and accidentally deleted data! User data are also backed-up so whenever we close their accounts, their data is archived.
