Easy to use tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use this software for Salesforce product line. This tool offers easy setup process and it allows us to backup all out sandboxes without paying for some additional licensing. Whenever we have some questions or concerns their support team is quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used its restore and download features and I have to say that we are extremely satisfied with all of them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot say that we have dislikes about this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Backupify is great tool for avoiding data loss and corruption. We also use Salesforce as our main tool for sales and we needed a robust tool that would help us to be more secure and to avoid any corruption or data loss. We know that we can easily restore data if needed.
