What are the best aspects of this product?

Backupify took all my worries away! It's quite reassuring to have this installed because I know my data will be safe. Simple having a Google cloud doesn't give me this much sense of security when it comes to data storage. I also love have easy it is to retrieve and search data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do think there's room for more improvement when it comes to user management. Other than that, it's an amazing tool!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to backup data from our company's G suite! It's more simple and straightforward compared to the Google backup features.
