What are the best aspects of this product?
The user interface is perfect! It's straightforward and intuitive. The performance of the app is beyond expectations. It does its job and functions perfectly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few instances where I'm unable to access the site.

I mainly use this to backup data from my Office 365 and Salesforce.
