What are the best aspects of this product?
DealHub CPQ is very easy to setup, highly configurable, extremely flexible and fully integrated with our Salesforce CRM. Their Sales Playbook walks all of our sales team through the quoting and proposal process - we have received feedback that the Sales Engagement tracking has been an advantage in closing deals more efficiently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As mentioned previously - we are looking forward to the new Sales Dashboard features that they are releasing.

We are excited to see the new Sales Dashboard features in Q2.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have improved our sales efficiency - with reduce time to quote. The workflow approval process has also benefited our Management team, who now report that they are only handling the information that relates to their role. We now have a streamlined process to calculate our margins and gross revenue.
