What are the best aspects of this product?

The drag-and-drop features are very easy to use, and they can be used by almost anyone, you don’t have to be and expert in IT. The mailing list is easy to set up, and the feature I like the most is the reporting feature, I can see the clicks and I can select my targets and put them into two classes of recipients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The speed is very slow, and the thing is it’s not my internet speed because my other systems run perfectly. It takes so much time to send out an email. Also, I would like to see auto save features, and back button or undone option. There is an option to manually save the process but it would be great if there is an auto saver. It is frustrating and time consuming when you lose your project and ton of work and there is no way to undone the whole process.
