What are the best aspects of this product?
An ability to create sub-accounts immediately got our attention. We send more than 10 emails weekly between our employees and managers. With Delivra we know that our emails are getting to the right place and right people. This platform offers so many features that our members can easily read our emails and have an access to all the information they need, quickly and effortlessly. Also, you can even see how many times a person forwarded the email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes so much time to learn about every feature. When I manage my team, I give a task to one person and he can take at least a week to learn how to run the program and then he can send emails. I’ve been using this platform for more than 5months and I think I still have to learn.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Delivra provides us with great features such as: mobile view and litmus testing, so we can find and fix the problem before it starts. We use the SMS feature for public event. We are sending simple email to our subscribers and they get all the information they need.
