What are the best aspects of this product?

Delivra is very helpful, easy to use and intuitive platform. The information of how our email marketing strategies are going are at our finger tips. We use the Clickthrough HeatMap features that shows number of clicks on each link in email. This helps us where to place important content in emails and what links are more eye-catching to our subscribers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have had some problems when I start using the platform, I kept notes to remember where the things were located. But, they have made some changes and the platform is updated, it’s better now. I can easily navigate and set up the emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Delivra helps us to send educational newsletters to our users on a monthly basis. They helped us to navigate our account, how to import our email lists every month, how to schedule mailings and create templates. They even helped with some issues when our recipients didn’t receive our emails.
