What are the best aspects of this product?

I constantly use the drag and drop feature for building the basic part of my email templates. There is an option included at the bottom of the emails to share it on social media. The reporting tool is very helpful and easy to use. Delivra offers report tool to keeps you informed on how many clicks are made, and everything is in a snapshot of the email, thus, you can see what parts were most interesting inside the email.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes when it comes to padding and buttons the editor can get weird. I have struggle with placing specific types of buttons at the top of the email. Before sending the email you need to taste various platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Delivra helps us to get report of our emails and how many times the emails were opened. We are using various reports to present our newsletters to our other departments, and I must say that they are all impressed by this platform. This platform has an option for our clients to use the same email delivery and reporting tool but still within our application.
