What are the best aspects of this product?
It has the capacity to carry out intricate data transformation and other berth use cases. Support is quick to respond and has been extremely helpful. There have been instances where we faced mission breakdowns and support came to the resuce by sticking with us until we had everything figured out. The Revision History functionality has been outstanding especially when learning the platform for the very first time or are in dire need of extreme version control.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At times, even the simplest needs end up being highly complicated problems. It becomes a bit of a challenge when making and editing XML profiles. Thankfully, its Revision History is excellent. Connector management coud use some improvement. The same connector with varying IDs will fail to deploy if you reached your cap.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The main reason for being on the Boomi platform is to have a bi-directional sync between our Salesforce and Great Plains instance, which operates on a hosted server. With our automation, we realized how Boomi and other apps can be profound. But if it so happens that platform stability is threatened, it can be really bad to our organization.
