PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There's plenty to like with Dell Boomi. The one aspect I favor most is their team's quick response. We're able to offer suggestions which we felt were really needed. They'd look into them and start working on them right away. Since it's cloud-based, it can be remotely accessed anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that need to be noted. There's a certain scenario where huge data volumes required migration. We face numerous issues and without Boomi, we wouldn't succeed. The reason is that the memory set for a certain atom is needed to carry out a bigger volume. Another aspect is that it's not offering the basics in rolling back a certain transaction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to automate numerous processes involving Salesforce, NetSuite, Salesforce Analytics integration. It can also automate a plethora of third party vendors. Without it, it would've triggered a lof things that had to be done manually. What's more, it prevented a lot of errors. And that's a big relief.
