What are the best aspects of this product?
Its user interface is what I have liked most. It is easy to operate and can be operated through mobile phones with ease. Also, its field sales automation software features easily track multiple salespeople at one time which is again one of the good features of the Delta Sales App.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes some time during syncing when I switch from offline to online, Which I think should be improved.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
For right now it only has an analytics feature in only the advance module, where I feel it must be included in the standard module of the App.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There will usually many salesmen working in the company, No proper management was there to track the record of the salesperson. So though of implementing some kind of software which will help in managing the attendance, leaves of the salesperson, and also able to track the salesperson at every location with the order details and payment collected.
