This software be used in every type and sized of company those who are having sales people, this is the best thing about this software. They have tired to incorporate lots of features in a single software/app keeping in mind on usability and simplicity .

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some times its takes more time to load data in the start of app, this is the only thing that I see as future improvement.
