What are the best aspects of this product?

Software is so flexible that it allows us to manage payroll and human resources, as well as contracts and subcontracts. It offers several modules and add-ons that provide additional features, too. Although the payroll module is quite limited, it does the job of the in-house payroll processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Major concern is the price because it can be prohibitive, especially when you consider how limited after-sales support is. Support in some areas is exceptional, however, specifically in payroll.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Cognos report is an amazing feature that allows us to pull information from Costpoint via templated or customized reports. As a software solution, Costpoint has aided us in integrating contracts management, payroll, and human resources into a single system.
