What are the best aspects of this product?

Customer service is topnotch and hard to find anywhere else. Out of the box, the software already solved several of our problems, but it also allows for a host of customization options to help a variety of industries. Seamless integration and the ability to extend the system makes it even more powerful and flexible. It helps that we can use Time & Expense with the Budgeting and Planning add-on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to answer a set of questions before you can actually use the software. I know this sets it up according to your needs, but it is unexpected and challenging to end-users. The interface could also use some innovation and improvement. I also have issues with the pricing model because additional licensing costs are higher than what you have to pay when you purchase the software. There are also maintenance costs for additional seats, which can be a surprise, especially if you've already allocated budgets. I love the in-house consulting services, but they are generally higher than what third-party consultants charge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Real-time reporting gives managers an accurate view of critical project information in a simple, easy-to-use system. Decision making has also been faster, with all critical documents stored and easily accessible electronically.
