Costpoint is great because it helps us efficiently log daily expenses incurred by employees, and it helps employees do it quickly, too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Little to no innovation for over a decade now. The interface could use a revamp because it looks dated now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

First and foremost, Costpoint has saved us a lot of time in approving reimbursements because it integrates with our existing accounting functions without a hitch. It also gave us the ability to audit submitted expenses easily.
