Costpoint allows us to look at our data systematically. We can choose to view them in detail or at the top level, allowing management to see only the data they need. This helps in customizing the information you want to see.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The multitude of menus can be confusing and a wrong click can lead to a big mess. It's good, though, that Costpoint offers a lot of features, and the error notifications help in preventing messing up the entire process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are in the process of streamlining our billing process, and the more detailed view of our projects provided by Costpoint has increased our project management potential exponentially. Additional characters have also helped us to grow and add new projects.
