Costpoint is a solid piece of software that makes expense management easy for both the employees that use them and their approving managers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The fact that Costpoint hasn't had a decent update in years makes it legacy software, which is a minus for me.

The main thing that Costpoint helps us with is keeping our accounting practices compliant with regulations and ensuring that our employees have an accurate log of expenses incurred from consulting engagements.
