What are the best aspects of this product?

Even beginners will find Costpoint easy to use. No training is required.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a delay in the timekeeping feature. It takes at least a few minutes to find frequently used charge numbers when a new period begins. If there is a workaround for this, we haven't found it yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Costpoint has helped us in several areas, including project summary reports, opening/closing of project numbers, materials purchasing, and purchase orders approval.
