Adjustments needed, but great overall

What are the best aspects of this product?

Deltek has made my life so much easier. It is where I store and organize most of the data I need for work. This is particularly helpful in my line of work where I need to access information from various terminals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, the ease of use of this software will depend heavily on the user. Basically, you get what you input when using Deltek. So when you do give it a try, make sure that you are meticulous in putting in information as well as taking note of the fields that you input them in. Trust me, I’ve learned this the hard way. If you don’t take the time to carefully go through the information cells, then you better prepare for a long afternoon of searching for your data. Still, if Deltek could make our lives easier by improving its interface, I wouldn’t complain too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I said, Deltek has been instrumental in helping me stay on top of my work by allowing me access to my database wherever I may be. Not to mention, it is a great tool for taking note of one’s tasks too
