It’s a tool that can be tailored to any project

What are the best aspects of this product?

The aspect of this product that I liked the most is how I can customize it so that it works perfectly for the project I may be using it for. Because of how customizable it is, I don't have to work with multiple tools and can just focus on this instead.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I really appreciate how customizable it is, it looks like multiple customizations slow down the software. I also found it tedious to have to upgrade all the customizations every time the tool had to be upgraded.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, we've been able to come up with an accounting system that manages contacts, as well as produce reports and timesheets. I was also able to save time because their planning module is consolidated and integrated. Our company has also started using it for project planning and it has been a great help to us so far.
