What are the best aspects of this product?
What I appreciate most about this tool is how information is made easily accessible. Our company didn't have to contend with a firewall while using this so all the information we needed could be accessed really easily. Because of that, we were able to align this toll with our goals, branding, and needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer support can definitely be improved. I've found that the first level of their customer support has a hard time understanding some of my concerns. If I had not insisted on it, they would not have transferred me to a higher level.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to this tool, we no longer have to wade through multiple systems since we now have a database that consolidates all of these. We've been able to use this to bring down the number of reports that aren't already generated by the system. We haven't even looked into how we can really integrate this tool into how we conduct our business.
