What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite module is the Leads module. Before, we find it very hard to track leads as we were only using spreadsheets. Now, everything can be accessed and updated using the lead module. IT works great this way. Also, we use Vision to track other aspects such as projects and clients. The reporting generation module is the bomb. Very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing is to dislike about the solution. There are of course some learning curve about features and functions. This is not due to the system being difficult. I think it was just us. We were not used to using such software. For our leads module, we had to figure out how mandatory fields work. This helped us keep our projects running efficiently especially when updating information about leads.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Leads have been very easy to track with Vision. Before it, we had no system that allowed for easy management. We were swimming in a sea of spreadsheets. We used them assessment and tracking service area. Now with Vision, we have everything in one place. It also has a great reporting feature.
