What are the best aspects of this product?
I always deal with reports and I like how data is easily accessible for assessments and reports. It saves me a lot of time in checking & balancing records as data is automatically channeled for regular reports to your CRM and Accounting for payslips and salaries.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took me a while to get used to navigating the program. Beginners may find it difficult at first but it's worth the effort.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Doling out consistent reports to the right person used to be difficult before using this program, but once you get to customize your templates and set schedules precisely, everything follows through with minimum error.
